Refunds & Exchanges
We have a 3-day return policy. If any product you purchased from our store is found damaged or missing, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return from the date of receipt. We are very happy to replace the product for you, but we will not bear the shipping cost.
- Once the order is confirmed, if it is not out of stock no cancellation will be accepted.
- Fresh food/Vegetables and personal items will not be allowed to be returned or exchanged.
- Please understand that no refund will be provided due to the delay in the supplier's shipping/delivery.
- Personal reasons, such as buying the wrong product, buying the wrong colour or personal inapplicability etc.., will not be accepted to return or exchange.
- All the goods in our store are guaranteed to be 100% brand new and genuine. You are welcome to check it yourself. If you have any doubts, please do not place an order to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.
If there is any problem after receiving the product, it needs to be returned. The return procedure is as follows:
- Retain all packaging materials, please ensure that the product and the packaging are intact including the original packaging, receipts and any related gifts.
- Contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item to request a return.
- After confirming that the status of the product meets the requirements of the return policy, we will notify you of the return application as soon as possible.
- Refunds will be arranged within 3-5 working days after the merchandise is returned and received a notification from us.

Once a refund is initiated, you may see a pending transaction on your bank account for the refunded amount. Approximately 10-20 business days for you to receive the refund amount, depending upon your bank process time.
*If the store fails to take back the product within 5 days after the successful application for return, we reserve the right to cancel the return requested.
We have the right to refuse the customer's return request in the following cases:
- The goods are damaged, but no return or exchange is requested on the spot at the time of receipt (applicable to face-to-face pickup).
- The return period has expired (within 3 days after receipt of the item).
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged in any way due to personal reasons.
- Receipts are missing or incomplete.
- The product is not sold by us.
- The product itself does not have quality problems.
- There is a colour difference between the picture and the product.
Shipping Risk:
Since our products are shipped from different countries to Hong Kong, the outer packaging may be damaged to varying degrees during delivery. If the quality of the product is not affected, the store does not accept return requests.
- If the product is damaged after arriving in Hong Kong and directly affects the quality of the product, the store will refund the total amount of the product (the shopping fee or discounts used for the order will not be returned).
- Customers should consider shipping risks before purchasing.
All return and exchange terms eShoppiness reserves the right to make changes. If there are any disputes, eShoppiness reserves the right to make the final decision on return/refund.
